Standard Delivery is charged per order to any UK mainland address. This charge covers packing, handling and delivery. Please allow up to 3 - 5 days for delivery – this can be slightly longer during peak periods but please contact us if you require further information on your order.

How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service so that we can rectify the situation.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable depending on availability), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. If the goods are damaged in transit please contact our customer services team within 24 hours of receipt of your item(s).

Feetz Pocket Wellies are designed to be a light alternative to wellies. They are not designed to replace heavy duty wellington boots or work wear. Like other galoshes when the correct size is used properly they will offer your footwear protection from rain, mud or snow.
Feetz portable wellies are made from a thick reusable PVC material. They are guaranteed to the original purchaser for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and imperfections.
This guarantee does not cover damage or faults caused by misuse or by normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches and scuffs, wear on the soles, or inappropriate care. Any repairs carried out by a third party, or any alteration (e.g. personalisation) of the Wellies will invalidate this guarantee.
In the case of a claim we ask that the ‘faulty’ Feetz are cleaned and dried before returning them to us with the original proof of purchase. If we agree that the Feetz do suffer from a manufacturing fault we will inspect and issue a replacement pair or offer a replacement product to the same value.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
